Cinnabar Theater to Present "Bright Star" June 13-29, 2025
Petaluma’s acclaimed Cinnabar Theater, under the leadership of Artistic Director Nathan Cummings and Executive Director Diane Dragone, concludes its thrilling 52nd season "On the Road" with Broadway’s Bright Star. This poignant and inspiring musical will run from June 13–29, 2025, at Warren Theater, located at Sonoma State University.
Inspired by a true story and featuring a Tony-nominated score by Steve Martin and Edie Brickell, Bright Star is a sweeping tale of love and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the American South in the 1920s and ’40s. At its heart, the musical explores the resilience of the human spirit and the transformative power of love, family, and fate. With its bluegrass-infused melodies and deeply moving narrative, Bright Star is a story of hope and discovery that will captivate audiences of all ages.
Directed by Nathan Cummings, with an exceptional creative team and cast, Cinnabar Theater’s production of Bright Star promises to be an unforgettable theatrical experience.
