Yes, this is a family friendly show.
How do I receive the live streaming performance link?
Your live stream link will be sent to you in the confirmation email from ShowTix4U (see below). This confirmation email is sent to you immediately after you make your online purchase. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your SPAM and/or JUNK folders. Add ShowTix4U to your email contact list to avoid this happening in the future.

Do I have to watch the show at the designated time?
If you PURCHASE a ticket for 7:30, you can only watch it at 7:30. It is similar to purchasing a ticket to see a live show. You cannot change the time without paying a rescheduling fee. If you RENT the video, you have 48 hours to watch the video. Your 48-hour viewing window begins at time of ticket purchase.
On which devices can I watch the show?
You can watch on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, iPads, smartphones (iPhone or Android) and your smart TV. All you need is an internet connection on your device.
How do I know if I have a Smart TV?
If you have purchased a new TV in the last 6-8 years, chances are it is a smart TV.
What if I’m streaming the event and there is no sound?
First, make sure the speakers on your computer or device are on and that you haven’t muted the sound. Next, check the volume on the stream. Look for the speaker icon on the player. If there is an X next to it, the sound is muted. Click the icon to turn the sound back on and reveal the slider to adjust the volume.
What if I’m watching the live stream, by my screen is frozen?
Try pressing pause, then play again. You can also try refreshing your browser.
What if I still need help?
Look for the Chat box in the lower left-hand corner of the screen of ShowTix4U.
Is my registration or ticket transferrable?
ShowTix4U does not offer the option to transfer or share a purchased ticket.
May I give this as a gift or purchase access for multiple households?
Yes, you may purchase gift access for friends and family. To do so, you will need to make a separate purchase for each household and provide a different name and email address associated with that viewing household.
