FAQs – Watching a live streaming show
How do I receive the live streaming performance link?
Your live stream link will be sent to you in the confirmation email from ShowTix4U. This confirmation email is sent to you immediately after you make your online purchase. If you have not received the confirmation email, please check your SPAM and/or JUNK folders. Add ShowTix4U to your email contact list to avoid this happening in the future.
Do I have to watch the show at the designated time?
Yes, if you purchase a ticket for 7:30, you can only watch it at 7:30. It is similar to purchasing a ticket to see a live show. You cannot change the time without paying a rescheduling fee.
On which devices can I watch the show?
You can watch on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, iPads, smartphones (iPhone or Android) and your smart TV. All you need is an internet connection on your device.
How do I know if I have a Smart TV?
If you have purchased a new TV in the last 6-8 years, chances are it is a smart TV.
What if I experience technical difficulties or am unable to view the live stream?
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with technical difficulties on your home devices or with issues you encounter with your local broadband or Wi-Fi. However, we are happy to answer any questions that you may have in advance of the viewing. Please email us at email@example.com
Is my registration or ticket transferable?
Our ticket vendor ShowTix4U does not offer the option to transfer or share a purchased ticket.
May I give this as a gift or purchase access for multiple households?
Yes, you may purchase gift access for friends and family. To do so, you will need to make a separate purchase for each household and provide a different name and email address associated with that viewing household.
