Great Petaluma Chili Cook-Off
Vendor Registration Form
Thank you for your interest in The Great Petaluma Chili Cook-off, Salsa and Beer Tasting. The event takes place Sunday, April 27, 2008 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at the Sonoma-Marin Fairgrounds in Petaluma. Last year, we had 1200 attending, but this year it may go up by a couple of hundred as it does every year, so we may see 1500 people, mostly from Sonoma and Marin Counties.
To participate as a vendor you must first email
and let her know what kind of business you
wish to bring to the event. We do not accept vendors that are not connected to the nature and spirit of our event.
Cinnabar Theater sells beer, sodas and waters, so please do not plan on selling these items. We
can provide you with a 3x8 foot table and 2 chairs. You may have 2 people at your booth. Extra people at your booth
must pay the entry fee. You may choose to bring your own set up and pop up shade cover with a maximum footprint
of 10x10. Larger requirements are at a higher entry fee.

Basic Vendor Fee as an artist, craftperson, service or art non-profit, or food vendor: $125 non refundable. Basic Commercial Vendor non-artist or craftsperson, etc. $250 non-refundable. If you require more space the fee may be increased.

On the day of the event, you may arrive anytime after 9am to set up. Be ready at 12:30pm. See directions on the home page. Come to the Chili site, drive around to the back parking lot. Come to "Check In" and we will find your spot to set up. Get your wristbands and then you can unload and set up.
